8. Growth Package service terms
The Growth Package is a comprehensive growth solution.
It may include strategy, website work, SEO, content marketing, Digital PR, paid media, social media marketing, vertical video, email campaigns, analytics, conversion optimization and product support through GuestNesty or Libar.
The exact modules depend on the Order.
8.1 Growth Diagnosis
Growth Diagnosis may include website review, SEO review, content review, competitor review, market mapping, channel review, analytics review and growth roadmap.
The goal is to identify what blocks growth before the client spends more money on campaigns.
We do not guarantee that every possible issue will be found in one diagnosis. The diagnosis depends on the access, data and information available at the time.
8.2 Brand and Website Foundation
Brand and website work may include brand direction, visual identity support, website build or rebuild, UX structure, page architecture, technical SEO base, conversion paths and mobile-first content structure.
The client must provide accurate business information, property details, brand assets, legal notices, booking links, photos and approvals.
Unless agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for the legal accuracy of the website content, prices, policies, guest-facing promises and terms displayed on the website.
8.3 SEO and Content Authority
SEO and content work may include technical SEO, semantic SEO, local SEO, multilingual content planning, internal linking, content briefs, page copy, FAQ sections, structured content, metadata and content architecture.
SEO work improves the conditions for search visibility. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic volume, leads, bookings or revenue.
Search engines control their own algorithms and results. Competitors, market behavior, seasonality, website history, content quality, technical factors and client actions can all affect performance.
8.4 Digital PR and Hospitality Storytelling
Digital PR work may include brand story, media angles, press materials, outreach support, campaign language, public messaging, reputation tone and guest-facing communication.
We may help create media opportunities, but we do not guarantee that a publisher, journalist, platform, outlet or third party will publish, feature or promote any content.
Media coverage depends on editorial decisions, timing, news value, relationships, publication standards and market context.
8.5 Paid media and market reach
Paid media work may include Google Ads, Google Hotel Ads where suitable, Yandex Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok/Reels campaigns, retargeting, landing pages, campaign structure and reporting.
The client is responsible for advertising budgets, platform costs, taxes, billing settings and platform approvals unless the Order says otherwise.
We do not guarantee ad approval, campaign reach, exact cost per click, exact cost per acquisition, leads, bookings, revenue or return on ad spend.
Advertising platforms may reject, restrict, suspend or change campaigns under their own rules.
8.6 Social media and vertical video
Social media work may include strategy, content calendar, platform tone, short-form video, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, campaign creatives, captions and posting support.
The client is responsible for giving access, approving content, providing property materials and confirming that images, music, footage, people, locations and brand assets may be used.
We do not guarantee follower growth, engagement rate, reach, viral performance or platform visibility.
8.7 Email campaigns and guest lifecycle marketing
Email campaign work may include pre-arrival messages, seasonal campaigns, upsell campaigns, review requests, repeat booking campaigns, segmentation, copywriting and campaign setup.
The client is responsible for making sure email lists, guest data and consent records are lawful and accurate.
We may advise on consent-safe communication, but the client remains responsible for the lawful basis for sending emails to its guests, leads or customers.
8.8 Analytics and Growth Control
Analytics work may include GA4 setup, Google Tag Manager, conversion events, booking clicks, form tracking, dashboard setup, reporting and conversion optimization.
Analytics depends on platform availability, correct installation, cookie consent behavior, browser restrictions, user privacy settings, ad blockers and third-party tool accuracy.
Analytics data is useful for decisions, but it may not capture every user action perfectly.
8.9 Hospitality Operations Layer
The operations layer may include GuestNesty, Libar, guest communication mapping, reception workflow mapping, task flow, handover logic and Booking.com API-supported workflows.
The exact setup depends on the client’s property, team, booking systems, product configuration and third-party access.

GuestNesty supports hospitality teams. It does not replace human judgment, reception staff, guest relations, management or legal responsibility.
The client must review and control the information used by GuestNesty.
Sensitive, unusual, high-risk, complaint-based, legal, payment-related or emergency situations should be handled by human staff.
9.2 Client responsibility for property information

Booking.com’s Connectivity APIs allow connected systems to send and retrieve property-related data, and Booking.com’s Reservations API supports processing reservations made through Booking.com channels. (Booking.com)
The exact Libar integration depends on technical permissions, API access, Booking.com rules, client authorization and the active product setup.
Libar may use Booking.com API data to support workflows such as reservation visibility, statuses, tasks, notes, handovers and operational context.
