Q: Is Vetrina a booking engine?

Yes. Vetrina includes a direct booking flow with server-side availability and price calculation, temporary holds, transactional double-booking protection, guest details, consent and reservation confirmation.

Q: Can hotel staff update the website?

Yes. Approved users can manage the content areas assigned to them, while roles and publishing rules protect sensitive administration.

Q: Does Vetrina support multiple languages?

Yes. The content model supports multilingual pages, navigation and SEO metadata with coherent language URLs.

Q: How does Vetrina support hotel SEO?

It provides structured page types and controls for titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, internal links and indexation. Results still depend on content quality, technical implementation and market competition.

Q: Can Vetrina connect with existing hotel systems?

Yes. Vetrina includes GuestNesty and Libar integration foundations, Airbnb iCal availability sync, signed webhooks, Google Hotels feed readiness and a Booking.com adapter awaiting official credentials. Each live connection still depends on the external provider agreement and certification.

Q: Which payment methods does Vetrina support?

Vetrina includes payment intents, idempotency and manual or pay-at-property flows, plus foundations for Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay and local banks without storing card data. Live payment methods require provider contracts, certification and production configuration.

Q: Is Vetrina ready for production deployment?

The core roadmap is implemented through phase 20. Production still requires final release-candidate validation, closure of security-scan findings and the required contracts, credentials and certification for external payment and channel providers.

Q: How does the Vetrina licence work?

Vetrina is proprietary Temelj software. Hotels pay no software licence fee or direct-booking commission, while launch, managed infrastructure, support and selected services are priced separately under the applicable agreement and EULA terms.
